FAQ's

1) When will I get my order?
All orders are processed and shipped by our office within 2 business days. Delivery varies based on your distance from our office (142 N Glassell St. Orange, CA 92866), but is usually 5-7 business days. International orders can take over 7 days - 3 weeks to be delivered, so thank you for your patience. Overnight Delivery orders: placed before 11am will ship same day, placed after 11am will ship the following business day.

2) What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & PayPal.

3) What if I accidentally list an incorrect address as my shipping address?
Please email customer service immediately at customerservice@laurenly.com with “WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS” as the subject. In the body of your email, please include your name and your “Order Number”.

4) I want to order something, but it’s out of stock! When will you get more products in?
You can simply select the size you desire and a pop up box will appear allowing you to get an email notification once that item is back in stock. You can also feel free to send us an email at customerservice@laurenly.com to inquire on any particular item that we can see about getting for you!


5) My card was declined but I still was charged.
The charge is a pending transaction and will fall off within 2-3 business days. Your Credit card company or bank will hold these funds for your own safety.

6) I have multiple transactions on my bank statement.
Multiple transactions usually show on your card because the credit card was declined because of wrong information entered like address, security codes, etc. If you get a confirmation order from our store via email, you got a successful transaction. All other transactions will fall off your back account in about 3 business days.

7) I forgot my password, how do find it.
Go to my account, click forgot Password. It will email you password update.

8) What do I do if I am having trouble with my cart?
Try enabling cookies on your browser.

9) I'm trying to checkout and the only shipping option is pick up in store or overnight shipping?
Select pick up in store option and please send us an email at customerservice@laurenly.com with your order # and let us know that you would like us to ship to you (your shipping address will have already been filled in when you checked out so we will use that). You will get a tracking notification once your order ships.
