We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Domestic (within the US)
Orders usually take 4-6 business days from shipment date to be delivered. Just because you receive an email saying your item was shipped does not necessarily mean it will be shipped that day; it just means the order was processed for shipment. Orders usually take 2 business days to be processed and shipped.
We currently use the following shipping processes.:
- USPS: First class 2-5 business days transit
- Priority Mail: 1-3 transit
- FED EX: Ground: 4-7 business days
- FedEx Express Saver: 3 Business days
- 2 Day: 2 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day
*Keep in mind that all orders have a 1-3 day processing packing period before shipping transits apply.
Overnight Delivery orders: placed before 11am will ship same day, placed after 11am will ship the following business day.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt date for an exchange or store credit.
- Any returns thereafter may be denied.
- We do not offer refunds on any items.
- Please fill out and follow the instructions on the Return Form included with your order to receive an exchange or store credit.

- You should expect to receive your store credit within 7-10 business days of giving your package to the return hipper depending on the time of transit back to our warehouse. In many cases you will be issued your store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 - 7 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 - 3 business days).
